Rose geranium oil is very complex essential oil, contains oxygenated compounds like Geraniol and many more which are responsible for Anti-neuroinflammatory, anti-oxidant, anxiolytic (reduce anxiety), astringent (contractions of tissues and blood vessels) properties. How to use Rose Geranium Essential Oil:
Skin & muscle toner and reduces pigmentation:
- Add few drops to face cream/body lotion
- Add a drop to a spoon of jojoba /Argan oil, massage gently on face and neck, leave it for 20-30 min and rinse off.
- Add 1-2 drops to steamer and take steam.
Reduces menstrual cramps and mood swings:
- Add 1-2 drops to a spoon of sesame or castor oil, massage gently on lower back and lower abdomen during pre-menstrual and menstrual period.
- Apply 1-2 drops on navel before going to night sleep, leave it overnight and clean wash the naval area next morning.
Invigorating the senses:
- Add 5-10 drops to diffusers and enjoy the soothing aroma
