• Skin Application: Insect and mosquito shield for 3-4 hour. Dilute 4-5 drops of Citronella Essential Oil in 10 drops of carrier oil (Coconut oil, sesame oil, almond oil or jojoba oil). Apply to exposed skin. Best time: All day and night.
• Home Use (Insect and Mosquito Shield): Dilute 10-12 drops of Citronella Essential Oil in 50 ml of water in a spray bottle (shake well before use). Lightly spray on curtains, corners, and entry points of rooms. Best time: Evening
• Diffusion / Inhalation (Mind – Fights fatigue): Add 5–10 drops to a diffuser. Diffuse during yoga, meditation or quiet reflection. Best time: Any time in a day. Ritual: Mentally focus on the Solar Plexus chakra Bīja Mantra “RAM” 7, 14, or 21 times.
• Spirit (Solar Plexus & Agni Activation): Dilute 4-5 drops of Citronella Essential Oil in 5 drops of Almond oil. Apply a small amount over the Naval centre. Sit comfortably with spine upright. Chant softly or mentally Vayu Gayatri mantra for 9, 14 or 27 or 108 times, while breathing gently: Om mahā-jvālāya vidmahe | jātavedase dhīmahi | tanno’gniḥ pracodayāt ||. DIY Natural Mosquito Repellent Roll-On
1. Combine: Pour 5ml of Jojoba oil into the 6ml roll-on bottle.
2. Infuse: Carefully add the 12 drops of Citronella, 5 drop French Lavender, and 3 drop of Lemongrass essential oils.
3. Mix: Secure the cap and shake well to combine the oils.
4. Rest: Let the mixture sit for 2 hours to allow the scents to blend completely.
5. Apply: Your natural shield is ready to apply (few swipes) on exposed skin.
